Weigh-In January 2nd

238.4 - I held steady during the holidays!  Yay for me :) I haven't been tracking WeightWatcher points since Thanksgiving but have been trying to not go bugf*ck crazy with the yummy holiday treats. Go me!

I'm back on the weight-loss wagon

But haven't been blogging obviously. I've rejoined WeightWatchers, I think stricter rules are helpful for me - except when I get frustrated and bored. So I'm going to see about blogging this again to see if it helps. Sweetie bought me a treadmill recently which I really enjoy and which should help rectify the activity level of a sloth problem.

May 3rd - Food Diary

Breakfast - Cheerios and 1% milk, I'm sensing a trend here ;)
Lunch - Atlanta bread classic chicken noodle soup and 1/2 Turkey Sandwich
Dinner - Special Occasion - A good friend is in town and we went out to dinner with a bunch of people, the salad choices were no where near fabulous so I gave myself permission to have corned beef hash with eggs and grilled potatoes and I'm not going to feel bad about it - nosirreee
Snack - apple

May 2nd Food Diary

Cheerios and 1% milk

Lunch - Noodles and Co.
Small Bangkok Curry with Sauteed Shrimp - this was tasty but a bit to sweet for me
Tossed green salad with fat free asian dressing - best tomato I've had all year

Dinner -
     Vegan Split Pea Soup
Turkey sandwich on multigrain bread - this tomato was pretty good too, but the turkey breast from Sprouts was super yummy and didn't have additives or preservatives.
1/2 dill pickle - OMG! I finally tried the Nathan's Kosher Dill and it was super tasty

Snack
     1oz almonds
1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons granola, 4 strawberries

2 glasses of fizzy juice (1/4 cup oj with homemade carbonated water)
